If you have the internet then log into http://groups.yahoo.com/group/somersetseedswap/ to swap seeds, bulbs, even equipment.  It is like Freecycle but specific for gardening.  Sign up and start swapping.

We are back to our usual time and venue and this month it’s going to be all about Growing Your Own. We will have Bob, our very own veteran allotmenteer, on hand to give advice about planting and growing and he is also a Compost Champion. He will be giving a short talk/presentation at 11am and will be on hand to share his wealth of experience. We will also be having a Seed Swap – so bring along any excess seeds you have or young plantlings. I’m going to be bringing along some parsnip seeds, cucumber plants and strawberry plants. Even if you’re not interested in gardening come along and have a cup of tea and a chat. Hope to see you there!
