And remember in the afternoon at the same venue we have the Make, Do and Mend session…..

2pm-5pm Friends’ Meeting House, Bath Place, Taunton

Every fourth Saturday in the month Transition will be running a ‘Make, do and mend’ session.

Come along and rejuvanate you skills and stuff! Learn sustainable practices in a friendly environment. Find practical solution and alternatives to consumer culture. Join your community and unleash your creativity, saving money and the environment. Bring along your mending pile, broken jewellery, glass jars, plastic milk bottles, old clothes, broken crockery, old newspapers, plastic bags and odd socks. Make treasure from old rubbish! Even come along and give your bike a new lease of life (grease provided).

Weather dependent we hope to build a bike trailer and see the solar dehydrator made last session.

Come along and share your expertise or learn from others!
