This is the launch of an issue of share capital for the purchase of our first building. This community investment offers a blend of financial returns (a modest rate of interest) and social returns (the benefit to the community).  Smaller investors are welcome – you can become a member for as little as £100, or even less if you are a volunteer or prospective tenant.
