We have a couple of events coming up if you fancy helping out with dome conservation projects….

Later on this year the children’s wood is to be replanted with hazel in the coppiced area .The proposed date is 22nd March commencing at 2pm.

Also if you want to try your hand at hedge planting pitch in on  26th Februrary which is a Sunday. Meet at 11am by the bridge in French Weir. This is organised by the Friends of Longrun Meadow.
The next monthly regular meeting to survey the pond is 15th Feb 1.30pm at the willow cathedral. They are hoping to pull out some of the metal work from the pond  but this will depend on how dry the ground is.
