‘An introduction to vegan permaculture – design strategies for a compassionate future’

Nicole Vosper is a vegan organic grower, community organiser and permaculture practioner based in Somerset. She is passionate about supporting people to join together to meet their food, shelter, energy and social needs in ecological and socially just ways.  Learn more about Nicole’s work on permaculture here – http://www.wildheartpermaculture.co.uk/

The evening will consist of a talk introducing the idea of permaculture (approx 50 minutes long) followed by a meal of either curry or ratatouille (served with rice and salads). A range of non alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase or you can choose to bring your own vegan alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks with you. Everyone welcome regardless of age or diet…

The food included in the ticket price will be:

• Chickpea and vegetable korma (creamy with coconut), with rice and salads
• Or Ratatouille (with fresh basil and puy lentils, then finished in the oven), with rice and salads.
• Selection of cakes and cupcakes (gluten-free available) will be on sale (£1.50) as well as hot and cold drinks (£1).
