Somerset County Council and Somerset Bus Partnership have joined forces to encourage people to ‘BUS IT’.

With the withdrawal of the government’s Bus Recovery Grant bus operators are evaluating the viability of routes in Somerset. The number of passengers is key. Frankly if you do not use it we will lose it.

• bus pass holders are not making the most of free travel
• there are ticket deals that you could use for flexible working (eg £100 ticket bundle of 20 day tickets)

By catching the bus, you can make a demonstrable difference to our environment and can save money and wear and tear on your car.
