The next repair cafe is on Saturday 8th March, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Location is Moose Hall, Castle Street, Taunton, TA1 4AS.

Bring along broken electrical items, ceramics, jewellery, toys or an item of clothing to be repaired. We can also sharpen small tools like knifes, secateurs and shears.

All repairs are free but we do ask for a donation to cover our costs of running these events.

There are teas, coffees and cake to buy whilst you wait.

The Big Fix 2025

Heads up for the May Repair Cafe. We are very proud to be apart of the 2025 Big Fix that takes place in May. This is a promotion of the all the repair cafes around the country that help to reduce waste, reduce social isolation, save people money and give individuals the opportunity to share their skills.

Last year in 2024 163 repair cafes took place with 127 bicycles repaired, 937 electrical items, 241 mechanical items and 424 articles of clothing/textiles. Hopefully we can add to that statistic this year.
